Can I make provision in my will for my pets?

You can make a provision in your will for your pets. You can make it as a standalone separate article in your will, or you can also make it as part of a trust. You can just set it up separately. But remember you're going to have to fund it, so if you put it into your will, you're still going to have to make arrangements to get it funded.
