Can my power of attorney make or change my will?

Your power of attorney cannot make any changes to your will. Your will includes things that you specifically wanted to do and how would anybody else know what that is? Then the power of attorney isn't going to be allowed to change your beneficiaries or your distributions. If you wanted to do any of that you should definitely do that through your--during your life time through your will.
