What happens if I die without a will?

If you die without a Will, it's called going through intestacy. Some people have no assets so no probators ever opened for those people, but some people do have assets and they were always meant to get around creating wealth, never got around to it and now they have assets that have to pass. Those assets that should have passed to whomever they desired during their lifetime should have gone into a will. Now, without a will they're going to go to the heirs law by statute.
