What is a Qualified Income Trust?

In Florida, you're allowed to have $2205 in income, gross countable income. If you have more income than that, we have to put that the balance of the income into a Medicaid Qualified Income Trust or otherwise known as a Miller Trust. And that qualifies your income to make you eligible in that set for Medicaid.
